How long does delivery take?
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for transit. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 4–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Rust Garden offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
How can I track my order?
When tracking information is available, it is sent after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Products
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our collection includes handmade products crafted with care and attention to detail.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Natural wood has unique grain, texture, color, and markings, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations are normal and are part of the character of handmade products.
Do your products have a warranty?
Eligible products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests can generally be made within 12 hours of placing an order. After processing, production, customization, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
What is your return period?
Eligible products can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.
