Rust Garden provides a 2-year limited warranty covering eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty may cover defects related to manufacturing, workmanship, or materials that were present under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Improper installation or use.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by exposure to conditions for which the product was not designed.
- Natural variations in material, color, texture, or markings.
Handmade Product Variations
Because Rust Garden products may be handmade using natural materials, minor variations between individual pieces are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each product.
Warranty Claims
To request warranty assistance, contact contact@Rustgarden.com and provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Rust Garden may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the affected product in accordance with applicable law.
