We understand that plans can change. Rust Garden allows customers to request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Period
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after the order is placed.
After Processing Begins
Once an order has entered processing, production, customization, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customized Orders
Orders involving personalized, customized, or specially prepared products may begin processing shortly after purchase. For this reason, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
