Not completely satisfied? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
At Rust Garden, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Handmade Products
Many Rust Garden products are handmade from natural materials. Natural wood has unique grain, texture, color, and markings, so no two pieces are exactly alike. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not necessarily considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Customized Products
Personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed customization.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund. Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after approval.
